Job Description
As a Female Support Worker, you will be providing essential support to female clients in the NG21 and NG18 areas. This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit females due to the sensitive nature of the work.
Your responsibilities will include working various shifts, with day shifts from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and evening shifts from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of clients, contributing positively to their daily lives.
