Job Description

Key duties include collaborating with Probation Service colleagues to ensure offenders lead law-abiding lives, thereby reducing future crime. Requirements
- To be in good standing with the Hindu faith community or belief system and endorsed either as an existing Chaplain, or by another senior figure within their respective faith/belief organisation.
- Demonstrable knowledge or formal qualification in the Hindu faith or belief system.
- Track record of working successfully in a multi-faith context and commitment to pastoral care for people of all faiths, beliefs, and none.
- Excellent people management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
