Job Description
We currently have a number of HCA & Phlebotomy shifts available at GP Practices throughout Buckinghamshire. This role is crucial for supporting local healthcare services and ensuring patients receive timely and efficient care.
Duties for Healthcare Assistants (HCA) include conducting NHS Health checks, performing ECGs, phlebotomy, wound care, administering adult vaccinations, and managing diabetes checks. We also have specific positions available for Phlebotomy only, catering to those with specialised skills in blood collection.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Phlebotomist.
- Ability to perform NHS Health checks, ECGs, and wound care.
- Competence in adult vaccinations and diabetes checks.
