You'll automate repeatable tasks like PO/invoice tracking and budget reconciliation, acting as the bridge between Marketing and the company's AI/upskilling programme. Additionally, you will be embedded with various marketing teams to set up their operations or support major launches, leveraging tools like Asana to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Requirements

• Comfortable owning team logistics and administration (bookings, catering, calendars) alongside higher-level operational work.
